Christmas Booking Terms and Conditions
- All reservations require a non-refundable deposit of £10.00 p/p for Party Nights and £20.00 p/p for Christmas Day and Hogmanay. Bookings are on a first come first served basis.
- Any amendments to bookings should be confirmed in writing.
- Full payment is required by 14th November - booking may be released if full payment is not received on time.
- If guests reduce their numbers after the initial deposit or full prepayment is paid, monies cannot be transferred or used towards any other hotel product.
- All dates are subject to availability. In the event that a Christmas function is cancelled by the Hotel we will offer an alternative date or full refund.
- Parties of under ten guests may be seated with other guests.
- Circular tables seat a maximum of 10 persons with other tables normally seating 12-14 persons.
- Sample menus are inside this leaflet but our chef reserves the right to make minor changes to dishes.
