All reservations require a non-refundable deposit of £10.00 pp for Party Nights and £20.00 pp for Christmas Day. Bookings are on a first come first serve basis.

Any amendments to bookings should be confirmed in writing.

Full payment is required by 21st November - booking may be released if full payment is not received on time.

If guests reduce their numbers after the initial deposit or full prepayment is paid, monies cannot be transferred or used towards any other hotel product.

All dates are subject to availability. In the event that a Christmas function is cancelled by the Hotel we will offer an alternative date or full refund.

Parties of under 10 guests may be seated with other guests.

Circular tables seat a maximum of 10 persons with other tables normally seating 12-14 persons.

Sample menus are inside this leaflet but our chef reserves the right to make minor changes to dishes.
