About us
Welcome to our page! A little about us and the history of our hotel. The Meikle family purchased the Horizon Hotel in 1980, when it was much smaller with just 11 bedrooms.
Over the years we have purchased neighbouring houses and totally refurbished the front elevation, giving you the finished hotel with 25 en-suite bedrooms and in the front wing a sea facing restaurant and function suite.
Alongside our family we have a strong team of staff who pride themselves in making your stay enjoyable.
